I think mine was 600 from Harwood but I picked mine up so I don't know if they charge to ship. Great product, they use a black gel coat and my body guy said that hood and Cervinis hoods are the only ones he works with.

Your 13 would look great with the hood scoop. I got mine from american muscle. I want to say its a roush style scoop. I was leaning towards that saleen style hood untill i saw the price $1200 before paint and install. This was maybe 3-400 after everything. Its just enoigh to lool mean without too much i think. I gotten the most complants on the hood scoop and wheels.

The gel coat looks satin so it doesn't look that bad when you do the test fit and drive for a week. But it doesn't look anything like our UA black as far as shine.

But, between the 4in Cowl and the Cobra, I personally prefer the Cobra. Either way though I'm sure it's gonna look bad*** when you're done with it.

Mines a 4 inch. I don't notice the height anymore when parking. It really never was a problem and when it rains water doesn't really get to the motor. The plastic shroud still works well to direct rain water away from the firewall. Here's a dirty action of my hood. Lol

You do get used to it eventually. I have considered getting the parking sensor thing because I'm still paranoid of hitting my bumper. It took me a few days to really get used to it.

Oh the only thing you will notice is you can't clean under the blades unless you lift them up. The cobra R squirter nozzles are practically useless. I hate using the fluid anyway.

The only track I've been on is the Drift track. If you plan on doing the 1/4 mile run, you'll certainly need hood pins over the headlights. That's the area that gets most of the lift.

I've done a build thread on installing hood pins. http://www.mustangevolution.com/foru....php?p=1052336

As far as turning heads, absolutely! It's great at any meets or even at the pump filling up the tank. I get a lot of attention from the ladies too but that due to my swagger! ...and probably because of the Carbon Fibah!

+1 they should come factory! Until seeing one on my car, I never liked them, but now I love them. You'll get plenty of stares. I notice guys looking all the time. Girls don't look as often.

Enjoy it and I agree with the Hood pins.

I think the black grill would look awesome! I have an identical one on mine. I think it looks better without the pony badge on it though. Also, I think the vinyl can stay. On mine it was just the grill itself that came out, hopefully someone can correct me if I'm wrong since I'm going off mine which is an 08. From the pics it looks like it can stay though.

And here I was going to say with your front grill vinyl the Cervini's scoop hood would look nice with a little bit of GB paint on the scoop "inlet" riser pieces... Congrats either way

I'd say it's a great choice going with a cowl! They seem to fit color schemes pretty well
