Rtr deck lid

I'm going to have to cut the hump out of my decklid to install the rtr panel. Has anyone done this before? What tools do you think I will need?

That video is for the spoiler. I was looking for the deck lid panel. You have to cut out the raised portion of the trunk. I already installed my rtr spoiler. Does anyone know what kind of tools I would need to cut the faux gas cap hump off?
