dont know how?

I busted the plastic trim piece around my seat. It houses them power seat controls. Carried it to ford today and they said give them a couple days to order it for free replacement. They said I never used my free oil change either so I took advantage of that. When they was finished, I didn't expect it, but they even washed it for me! Loving my dealer right now! Had to share...

Sounds like a good dealership you have there! Hope mine includes a wash too! lol

Haven't been over yet, as its still not time for the first oil change.

When I had my Audi, they'd always wash my car any time I went in for service. They also said to just drop by for a free wash any time I was in the area, but it was always out of my way. Then again, they did charge a lot for their services... Oil change was $130, unless you got the coupon in mail special that brought it down to $80.

My dealer gave me free washes for life, I just can't bring myself to make the 4hr drive.

Hell, that's the thing, I thought I used my free oil change up (out of town), then got my other one done... Guess they don't report to each other. If that's the case, I'm finding another ford dealer!

Hmm ... I don't think you could pay me to let the dealership change my oil. Make sure you check your dipstick after they change it.

O, I always do. Normally I do it myself, but with a new vehicle, I'm taking advantage!

I still haven't used my "free" oil change. I wonder if they would let me use it on my daily driver Mazda? LOL
