They used to put the BP logo on the inside of the fuel door.
Motorcraft filter isn't bad - but it's not designed for the drain intervals supported by true synthetic oils. If you're not running your oil out to at least 10k miles and running a filter designed for sure use, you're really wasting your money buying something like RP, AMSOil, or Redline over the other "synthetics" that are made from group III base stocks.
