Brake qustions

So I've been searching the forums as far as brakes go if I track car maybe once every couples months and plan on a s/c one day will rotors and pads be good enough ? Right now it's a stock 5.0 just wanting more bite thanks all

Fluids and pads and extra rotors as they will possibly warp.
