Street racing threads are not allowed here so this will be shut down soon but to answer your question 40-45mph is good

Traction is always going to be your biggest obstacle. I find that I can't easily hit that sweet spot under 20mph without a huge amount of spin, so if I have an option of a roll speed I would aim for 35-45mph and just launch high into second. Don't screw the pooch with your 2nd-3rd shift.

At lower end highway speeds, around 55-65, I might drop it into 3rd. Faster than 70, and I downshift into 4th.

If it's an Evo and you think he might be a challenge...hmm...probably don't go from a standstill as his AWD is probably going to give him the launch. I'd try to get him to go from a 30mph roll and let him see what my 2nd-3rd gear burnout looks like, and the 4th gear burnout if he's close enough to see it. His powerband is most likely more midranged, so you'll have to see if you can keep your rpms high to really wake the 5.0 up (I'm talking 5k to redline)
