The CS fog lights plug into the factory fog light connector. It's either or unless you run them separately.

Just wire them in to the center fog lights, i made a new harness and added them, it works fine and I run all four all the time.

Check out
this video. They've deleted the factory grill fog lights in the video, but they tap into the factory wirinng and don't use the plugs. No reason why you couldn't do the same thing, but have the plugs still hooked up to the grill lights.

Thats exactly what i did, my c/s fogs came with a harness to use and basically your supposed to unplug the center fogs and plug the new harness into it and run them down to the c/s fogs, I just wanted the best of both so I extended the harness and tapped into the harness going to the center fogs and then plugged all four in, they work fine , I figured if it was too much for the wiring to handle it would blow a fuse , but its been fine and I run them all every night I drive...its a pretty easy fix
