HID headlight removal

Hi there,

I have a 2011 gt with HIDs and thinking about changing them to stock lights as I'm not a fan of the look. Has anyone done this, is it hard to do? What connectors would I need to make up adapters?

Thanks

Why would you want to do such a thing. I guess if the harness is the same you could. Or you could like the axioms for HID equipped cars that makes the Ccfl.

You have to remove the ballasts, headlights, and all the wiring. From my understanding the harness for the Hid headlights is different from the halogen entirely. You'd need new halogen headlights and the harness for them with some new bulbs. Don't ever expect the same light output you have now though if you switch to halogens.
