Humm, so just take your protein pills and put your helmet on... Blastoff!

I wonder if it'll stop me from "hitting the wall" so to speak when trying to jam it in second?

It's $390 for the shifter plus $11 for shipping. If you live close they will install it for free with an appointment. I'm gettin mine installed next week. I will let you guys know how it goes. BTW they are located in Augusta, GA

Bahaha enough said and I will Prolly get the knob too, but I told them I wanna feel it in my hand before I buy it. I just bought 3 pool ball shift knobs and they just feel a bit large for my liking.

Hey! I'd like to think I've got a little more class then to go for the easy kill!
Earlier, Black on Black said something about the way "balls felt big in his hand", I had a million +1 things I coulda said but I yielded my comments for the sake of the thread. Plus I felt bad that BoB had tiny hands or envious that he had giant balls!

Do you know the diameter of the ball? What is the size difference compared to a pool ball?

If I had to guess I'd say 1 3/4" to 1 7/8", definitely smaller than a pool ball

Just installed the Barton short throw shifter and I love it! It's a bit notchy, but I like feeling the deliberate shift.

I just installed the Ford Racing Barton Shifter and I personally would go with the MGW. From what I have been reading it's the right way to go.

Short throw shifter

Afternoon,

I am going to put a short shifter in my 2013 GT and looking for some advice PLEASE !!

I see them on American Muscle and have read some reviews but I would like your remarks.

I have heard that you might get some vibration or noise.

Again thank you for your time

Ken
