Same size wheels w/ staggered tires?

I have the roush wheels 9.5' wheels coming and was curious about having the same size wheels all around but having a staggered tire setup, 255 up front and 275 rear. I really don't wanna get new tires right now, just wondering if looks wise it will look strange or if it even will fit in the front. I'm an idiot so,....ya lol

I kept my 255/40/19s on the front and went with 285/35/19s on the back. I'm running Bembros. Looks good. Not too much but gives the car a good stance.

My profile pics of my 95 GT are 17s with 255 front and 275 rear. It will give a staggered look. Obviously not as much as staggered wheels but its works fine.

No, and I'm out of town on business. I'll see I my wife can get me some pics. Eventually when I burn these up ill go to a 10" rim on the back and go with 305s. Then it will really be noticeable.

With a 9.5" rum I think you may be able to go with 295s. 285s for sure.

Yeah you can run a 295 in the back. I went with 285 because finding a 295 in my size was kinda hard specially in the brands I wanted.

To give you an idea of how much of a difference the different sizes will give. So depending on size it can be over an inch difference which would look good.

295mm is 11.6 inches
285mm is 11.2 inches
275mm is 10.8 inches
255mm is 10.0inches

Will have to look around but not likely. That picture was taken almost 10 years ago.

What I'm really wondering is if 285's on 9" rims vs 10" rims look that much different since its the same tire size??

I wish we would just get it over with and switch everything to metric.... Living in Europe I constantly have to do conversions of everything and its just irritating.
