Lol, you'll get a lot of grammar coaches on here, they're usually the ones that call AAA when they have a flat. What is the boss going for these days?

It's 499.99 on American muscle but I bought it from a neighbor so I paid less......

It hurts torque so I don't think you're getting seat of the pants feel....just top end pulling harder!

Thanks for reminding me. I'm going to call tomorrow and pay my AAA dues. I also need to make an appt at the dealer to check my tire pressure this week.

So you use an incorrect word way out of context and we are the ones that are wrong? Lets rethink that one

It's not too bad, especially with my 3.73's I didn't notice hardly any low end loss, but she sure screams up top

Yeah I mean 10 lbs isn't hardly anything but I'm just saying he won't gain any feel! Except for up top he definitely will! Although I heard if you pair the 90mm ford racing tb with the boss intake that you gain all the torque back plus some and the top end is just stupid good!

I honestly don't mind the little bit of torque loss. I can actually plant my power now in first / getting into second. before the intake manifold spin spin spin after I can fully grip and launch harder than before but that's just me

10 lb-ft of torque is the loss from the mustang GT to the boss 302, which has different cams and better flowing heads. The torque loss on a GT switching from the stock intake manifold to the boss intake manifold is far different and highly dependent upon the individual mods of the car.

Also the 10 lb-ft loss of the boss 302 is loss of peak tq, not low end tq.

Yea my eyes lit up when I saw that, since I plan on getting the Boss IM eventually... I thought it was a revised "edition"

I have one on my car and can tell you it pulls much harder on top end. The stock manifold seems to top out early where the boss just keeps pulling as the RPMs rise. A plus is that it looks way better IMO than the dinky OEM one.
