Catted vs non

Ok so I need some more info... Besides the price difference, and the obvious exclusion of cats, what are the differences? More power? Louder?

This will be on a DD.

THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Seeing your in California, with the most strict emission laws in the entire country... I wouldn't risk it for 15 hp

I've had the same question about cats or no cats. Here in California the inspection is every two years anf let me tell you there are LOUD cars here and cops will only stop once in a while if the driver is being foolish flooring it or the loudness is just ridiculous.
