Without having a pipe go over the rear axle?

My advise would be to remove the factory mufflers. They unbolt right on top of the rear axle(s). It's the closest you'll get without cutting the pipes. Then just do whatever you wanna do to the rest of your piping, and WHABAM.

Dumps off the mid pipes or side exits

I removed the pipes between the H-pipe And let my mufflers hang , on the 13's they have 2 bushings and then a bracket on the other they're not going anywhere , sounds like monster for free

Not going to happen, nowhere near enough clearance.
