The top pass. side cat bolt is fun to get to, but other than that it's simple.

Soak every bolt in penetrating lubricant an hour before starting. Otherwise, you're going to have a bad time.

Mine came rite off with no issues. But my car is only about 8 months old. The passenger side header/manifold to cat pipe bolt is a bit tricky. Had to use a 3ft extension with a swivel on the socket (15mm). I used the steeda cat delete pipes. Fit meant was perfect and the weld quality was absolutely perfect! There hand TIG welded! I also used a bit of permatex exhaust sealant around the flange that connects the delete/car pipes to the H pipe to help prevent leaks. Be really it didn't need it. They fit perfectly.
Oh and a lift makes life a lot easier. Did mine in less than an hour

When i had my kooks super street shortys installed, my installer had a fit trying to get that 1 bolt out. Well finally got it out then took the liberty to set that bolt up so from now on you can get the bolt from the bottom. My offroad x will be in today or tomorrow . Cant wait to get it on and retuned accordingly!
