I currently have Roush, I like the sound but maybe a tic to loud for me.
The GT500's have a very similar tone to the FRPP sport IMO, but much louder, and also cost a bit more. The sport is much lighter than the GT500 and they are pretty much rebadged borla S-type mufflers. Definitely worth the money though,

I am reading your post to say the gt500's are louder than the FRPP sports, is that correct?

So red stallion, what exhaust set-up did u end up going with? I'm 2 weeks into owning my new 14 GT and in the EXACT same predicament as u were! I need something with low to no drone and rasp, sits flush with the stock rear valence and romps up and down the street! LOL

Are the '13 GT500 mufflers a direct bolt on to '13 GT?

I like the sound of our local club members who installed the GT500s. We went with the GT500s on our car. But then again, our car is a GT500.

No, the GT500 mufflers are quad tip, you would need the rear valence with it, unless you get the Ford Racing GT500 mufflers, those are regular dual exhaust.
