Back pressure?

I have bbk shorty headers, bbk cat delete, 3" x-pipe and flow master outlaws do I still have a safe amount of back pressure? Or will I hurt anything?

Ugh man, you should've gone with the long tubes over shorties, they're more expensive, but they look better, sound better, and actually boost the hp of you car. But yea back pressure is fine

There's no "safe" amount of back pressure. It all depends simply on the tune the car is running, lean v. rich. If you push the mix too light, you can fry the exhaust valves or melt a plug or piston top. You don't use back pressure to control this, you adjust the fuel air mix via the tune.
