Why do folks run str8 pipes?

I think a lot of people go with straight pipes, because it is free-flowing. They like that there isn't any restriction, even if it's deafening. Plus, you get can get a lot more horsepower out of headers and cat-less X or H pipe.

I like it because it makes me feel that much better in the morning before I go to work and my car starts and sounds like I'm getting ready to run the Daytona 500 lol!

Lol I have BBK Cat deletes, Xpipe, Resonator deletes, and straight pipes....lets just say EVERYONE hears me before they ever see me hahaha its wicked loud and on a cold start I wake up my neighbors since I have work at 7 so I leave by 630 haha poor neighbors

I know if I was trying to sleep and there were some of you guys living next door...things would get interesting pretty quick. I took my Flowmasters off because my neighbors just had twins, and I didn't want to wake them. Common courtesy goes a long way.

Pfft my neighbors are ******** who always have parties and I end up with damn beer cans and broken beer bottles in my yard so they can eat sh*t I love waking them up! The rest of my neighbors are cool so I told them sorry and they said its fine that they dont mind

I just have the muffler delete and I love it. Not bad cruising and plenty loud enough at WOT.

I have full strait pipes right now and even though I wouldn't to pay to do it again I do kind of enjoy now as long as I stay off the high way

I have pype bombs and its pretty loud at 430am.so far ppl dont mind.i think they rather hear a v8 in the morning than the ricers in my neighborhood.they are annoying
