302's H-pipe discussion

Guys, another exhaust thread...my apologies. I don't think we've covered this though.

How restrictive is the Boss's H pipe compared to aftermarket options? I've kinda been kicking around ideas of doing the Boss H-pipe with some GT500s.

I have to keep the cats (Illinois emission laws) but at some point, I'd like to get a different mid pipe.To be frank, I think the side exits on the 302 are pretty badass. I hear that the sound is great and very distinctive - coupled with a set of GT500s, I should have an excellent mix of bark and civility coupled with that unmistakable coyote growl.

Thoughts?

I've heard they sound pretty badass, but the fact that it does zero for performance and its stupid expensive for something that's just gonna give it a slight difference in sound is the reason it hasn't been discussed much... Hopefully others with experience with them would chime in
