Whatever gets ya through the night man, it's no problem for me. I'm happy with everyone who's happy with what they got.

My bloat-load car had a ridiculous MSRP of ~$47,000 in the land the recession forgot up here (west coast of Canada). Pricing has not diminished based upon my observation at Ford dealers in the last couple, nor has it really increased.

I did finally get it at 40 on the nose, OTD and I felt that was good value, in the market I'm in up here. Put 11 K down and i have a car payment I can live with.

I'm keeping this car a good long time, as it's truly what I wanted and not some replacement I talked myself into.

Lol. 5200k for a small device that shoves more air down an engine. Heck no. Lmao. For that price I would just buy the base 5.0.

Hey, let's not bicker back and forth. Were all mustang lovers. 4, 6 or 8 cylinders we all got a pony. Some faster than others, some slower than others but in the end, we got a awesome mustang.

Please for the love of God stop calling a Mustang a "pony". I understand it a "pony car", but it sounds ridiculous.

I have lived my entire life and I'm pretty certain the only other time I heard the word pony so much was when my little sister and I would argue about what we were going to watch on tv. I wanted GI Joe on tv, and she wanted my little pony. Everytime I read that word I hear a whiney 5 year old telling me how great their v6 is. I will never, ever participate on another v6 vs v8 thread again. There is no right answer. Noone will ever win. No side will ever sway the other even an inch

A mustang was a pony at one point. So before it was a big bad horse, it was a pony. Pony fits the mustang better than a camaro or some other muscle car. Mustang and pony sound right to me.

So I am the red headed step child here. A good friend of mine who mods mustangs for a living sold me his 2010GT for a great price. Dynoed with mods at 344rwhp and 372rwtq. I still test drove a new 5.0 and v6 before I decided to buy. The 5.0 I tested didn't blow me away. The v6 and no offense but it was still a v6 and I already had a v6. I wanted a loud exhaust and lots of torque. With all that said I am still saving for a 2014 or 2015 (depending on how they look 5.0).

Sorry bro. My bad. I'll try my best not to call it the p word. I'm sorry you had a traumatic incident with GI Joe and my little pony as a child. Perhaps you should seek some therapy and work out those issues. For the record, I think GI Joe owned a pony and took riding lessons.

Anyone notice that the 5.0 is more responsive, quicker, and a little louder for a while after a wot pull? That's what it feels like to me.

Come on guys!

It's like PONYBOY415 said It's the MUSTANGS against the Camaro/vette, Charger/challenger/GTO, and the RICE. We are all on the same team whether you have 3.7L or 5.0. Now my lust is for a new 5.8 Trinity modular from the 14' Shelby cobra's, just without the forced induction. I like to make my power N/A, That 5.8 would be a great place to start.
