Premium seat in Base model GT

I looked around a bit on the forum trying to find more info but have only read that "it wouldn't be that hard to wire" or something. So I'm contemplation swapping my GTCS seats with some cloth Recaros. The guy I'm swapping with has a base model V6. Everything in the GTCS is electric minus the tilt. In order to help this guy make the decision to do the swap, where can I find some information on wiring everything into the V6? And is it possible (the first question to ask)?

I meant ***V6 in the thread title.

This isn't an attempt to trade or sell anything on the forum. I am asking if anyone has had any experience with wiring a premium seat in a base V6.

Seriously? There's not ONE person in this entire forum that has any experience with a seat swap. I find that very hard to believe. Base model, premium seat. Will it work?

You will be able to plug-n-play with the airbags, but not the seat controls. You would have to manually wire a plug into the control of the premium seats. I believe it would go beyond just running 12v there. Not sure what sensors you would have to fool.
We had a beautiful set of Audi full auto leather seats that we were going to install in our '65. Never could get the seats to operate completely. Passenger side was no problem, drivers side another story. An auto electric shop looked and once I found out what is was going to take, I sold them on CL for what I had in them.

Alright I think I may have to reiterate: I have the premium seats. My friend Lonnie has the cloth Recaros. I have the GT/CS. Lonnie has the base V6. Both are 2013s. We want to trade seats. I'm not buying new ones. Thanks for the input. It seems as if this dilemma won't be solved unless I pull out some seats or get in contact with someone at ford other than customer service and parts because they had no clue.

I understand what you are trying to do, Lonnie may have a tough time and expense getting the electric seats to operate in his base model car. The air bags plug right in, it is the plug for the seat controls that you will have to build for his car.
The ebay link was for anyone looking for used recaros. I am looking for recaros too, just some other mods are inline prior to seats.
