It all depends on where you want to make power. If you're constantly above 7000rpms, and have a ton of supporting mods, or are making a lot of boost, then maybe. Even the Boss intake is a bit much for a stock motor that isn't living at WOT. They'll both cost power/torque down low but make up for it near the top end.
