ordered 14 GT premium......finally

After much back and forth, (too much time on my hands), I finally settled on a Mustang. I really wanted to like the Camaro. The dealer got in a 14 SS automatic
and I put several miles on it. The car just seems to bulky and large. Looking out the rear mirrors all you see are "hips."
The side windows are like gun slits and it's like driving a tank. All this from a GM guy most of his life.
I drove an automatic GT from the dealer inventory and it seemed twice as fast, really pushed me into the seat. The Camaro just revved up and seemed to have far less viseral thrill of driving.
So I'm waiting for a white/stone premium with automatic and remote start.
About 5K less than a comparable Camaro.

Nice... Smart going with the American made 6Auto and not the China assembled 6MT. I got the Auto more for the consistent fast shifts. I don't mind the auto it's still a blast. But if the 6MT was American made like the Auto. I might have gotten it instead.

Just so everyone knows, Tremec came out with a 6 speed transmission w/ a torque rating of 700 I believe. It's to replace the Getrag MT-82 Manual trans. I'm getting one real soon!!!

New Tremec MAGNUM XL 6-Speed Kit for 2005-2013 Mustang V8 close ratio. Replace your 05-09 3650 or 10-13 Getrag MT-82
