Koni Streets and K springs Installed

Hey all. Installed my Koni orange streets along with K springs and gt500 strut mounts last week. Install was a breeze, took about 1.5 hours with hand tools. Bump and rebound feels much better with Koni's and ride is not harsh at all. Rear feels much more planted along with Steeda LCA and Steeda Panhard bar. Not sure if I am going to put in relo brackets. I'll decide at another time.

Ihad one other friend with me. He's a ford tech so he's done it a **** load oftimes. I used a craftsman cordless impact gun for most of the work. Broke bolts loose by hand then used gun. Theback literally took 10 minutes. It actually took longer to unscrew the factorybump stops in the back. lol. Only complication on the front was I needed asecond jack to lift the A arm so I could align the arm/bolt on face of strut. Also, I preassembled the front struts springs and strut mounts prior to installationwhich cut down the time.

Oh ok Gotcha. Yeah assembling the front suspension before hand definitely will cut back on time haha. I wish i would have gone and spent a few extra bucks and picked up another set of the strut dust covers for the new parts, so i didnt have to disassemble the stock components.

Well yeah thats true. I did still need the spring isolators from the stock mounts as well. (i went with Maximum motorsports xc plates). So i guess i had no choice.

Beautiful, I also have a Sterling and that just seems to be the hardest color to photograph.
