No hardware needed. It should have some 3M tape already on it.

Do you have a factory spoiler already? If so just reuse the nuts. The GT500 spoiler should already have studs installed.

Well you have a couple of problems. Are you sure you got the right one? It should have studs installed already on the bottom with nuts on it. Also the factory one comes with a template that you need to drill the holes.I didn't need mine because it reuses the factory spoiler holes already drilled. I gave my template away.

Well I just couldn't pass up the deal! I don't have a template but the spoiler is marked for a 11-12 color code UA gt500. I figure I might be able get a template somehow or buy one cheap from American muscle or something of I can't get one from here. The spoiler does have black foam on it however. I'll post pictures

Okay here are the pictures. I set it on the car just to see how it looks and I can not decide whether to get it painted white or not now :/.

There's supposed to be studs where the holes are. This looks like it was used at one time and not removed properly hence the low price.

Haha 4 little studs for $600?! If it had studs if make my own template! Lol I emailed AM and I'm going to see of they can help me out. Worst case scenario I guess I bolt it down from the inside out. I'm thinking now I'll add the black roof boss decal and that might tie it in a little more.

Hahah my car doesn't know what it wants to be a look alike of. Halo lights, CDC chin (for now), gt 500 swap for complete rear bumper, and now a gt500 spoiler. Might as well add some boss stuff in there too! Lol
