How much would you pay?

Hey guys, this isn't a for sale ad first off. Just looking for opinions on what others think would be a fair price for this car. Car has obviously been to the track but drives flawlessly. Been lucky enough to have no trans issues either.

Black on black 2011 GT premium coupe w/ 3.73s, security pkg, comfort pkg, hid's
12,500miles(6k on new engine)

Engine:
FRPP 5.0 aluminator w/ 9.5:1 compression
Boss intake manifold
Procharger stage 2 w/ d1sc head unit, ID1000 injectors, kenne bell bap, 4.63 pulley(peak 13psi), also new, uninstalled 4.38 pulley(+2-3psi)
Dual pillar mounted autometer c2 boost and wideband a/f gauges
Roush vent pod w/Aeroforce interceptor, msd 2 step, SCT handheld tuner

Drivetrain:
Steeda tri-ax w/ red bushing, black 5.0 speeddawg shift knob,dynomax 3.5 one piece aluminum driveshaft, bmr safety loop, frpp differential cover, mcleod rxt twin disc clutch, moser axles, redline diff fluid, redline mtl trans fluid

Suspension:
BMR lca's poly/spherical w/ relo brackets welded,sway bar relo bracket, steeda adjustable uca w/3rd link, steeda adjustable panhard w/ brace, strange 10way adj. shocks/struts, steeda sport lowering springs, gt500 strut mounts

Wheels:
AM black AMR wheels staggered, 18 by 9 fronts w/nitto 555 255/45, 18 by 10 rear w/ Nitto 555r 305/40

Brakes:
Hawk HPS pad(front and back)
JPC line lock kit

Appearance:
Cervini 2.5 cowl hood, redline hood struts, black hood pins, roush black 7 bar grill, gt500 spoiler, black coil covers

Tuned by JPC Racing:
93 octane tune makes 635whp/530lbft
Shell URT tune makes 677whp/555lbft

I understand and agree. That's kinda why I'm looking for some insight as to what people think it would be worth.

He prob has over $50k invested in it. Not a bad deal even it you have to swap/rebuild the motor. Only thing is that it obviously a track car. Have it looked over by a reputable Mustang/speed shop first. Sounds like nit a bad purchase thought.
