2013 + tailight tint inserts

Anyone with the 2013 or 14 buy the inserts from American Muscle to black out the tailights? And if so how was the install. Ordered mine for AM hopefully will be here by Friday!

I started to put them on but didn't like them. Made the rear end look cheap imo. They go on easy but not a perfect fit. Gave them to a friend and he likes them.

Do a stint in Korea and try to get a follow-on in Europe. This is a fairly common move in the USAF among enlisted if we're tired of our stateside post. Not sure how this works for Army/Marines though.

source: former SSgt in the USAF married to another former SSgt in the USAF, we spent the last 4 years of our service in Korea and then at Aviano.

I think you're going to love the taillight trim. It really compliments the 2013-2014 taillights well IMO! I look forward to checking out your installed pictures. Keep us posted!

Thank you for your service and bravery!

Here's a good customer submitted photo that shows off the taillight trim pretty well!

I like the tailight trim on my '14, as well as the matching decklid panel.

The op was not asking about the tail light trim. He asked about the blackout inserts. But I also have the MMD Taillight Trim and agree it looks great.

Thanks. Needless to say, I'm not concerned about the car's re-sale value at all. I'll be keeping her for as long as she rolls down the highway. So later on, I'm going to turn my focus on the interior. In adhering to USMC colors, the seats and door panel inserts will be Royal Blue cloth, with a Scarlet Red blood stripe to give it a dress blue uniform appearance. I'll have to save a few bucks to finish that job.

VMA is Fixed Wing Attack, like yours is Fixed Wing Fighter/Attack. VMA-223 is the Bulldogs in Cherry Point. I was their QA Chief for 6 years. We transitioned from the A-4M "Super Mikes" to the AV-8B, without a unit shutdown, which was a Marine Corps first. We had 2 CO's at the same time and flew both type aircraft (side #00) on the same day, piloted by those COs. We called 'em CO-1 (A-4M) and CO-2 (AV-8B).

Thanks, Bro. I almost chose a medium yellow, but I figured Hulk Hogan had worn that combo out.

I put em on a year ago and they look and fit real nice especially after they cured. The fit was pretty poor on the reflector and blinker tints that AM offers for the bottom of the bumper and side of the car however.

I liked the inserts on mine. They seem to fit good, but there is a small bubble on each one from the little circle on each of the lights. Cant see it in the pic though.
