We always had a great experience with J&M's control arms. Were you looking for both upper and lower? We used a set of their LCA's on our 2011 nitrous injected 5.0 auto and cut several 1.5 60's and even a few 1.4's.

Mikeyt03, which model control arms were you using? Could you give me some more details about when the bushing failed? Did you purchase them from us too?

Shane

I have the UPR ones now and they are a much better product. Go with a name brand BMR and brands like that you can never go wrong

Umm... I would have to check if I got them from you guys. It was either you or LMR. I got the ones with poly on both ends, the ones for $99. After about two weeks I noticed my car wsd pulling yo the left on acceleration, and I took the lca off and the bushing was completely gone on the 3 piece bushing side. The two piece part was fine.

I bought the most expensive ones I think they are called the extremes..... Lasted awhile but the bushing broke and I ended up having to get another set and went with upr. I also had their pan hard bar and that broke to so I bought the BMR adj panhard bar and brace and they were topnotch products. In the end you can't go wrong with either

Interesting.. I honestly haven't seen failures like that before. Especially in two weeks time! I'm wondering if there was a manufacturing flaw with the bushing? I'll certainly keep my eyes peeled for any other situations like this in the future, too.

Thanks for the feedback!

Shane

I agree with everyone on J & M. They suck. The bushings are already shot in my panhard bar, and it makes a piss ton of noise now. Spend the extra bucks and go with BMR/UPR/METCO.

I got the J&M non adjustable LCA (from AM) and have had them on my car for about 3-4 weeks now.

No problems here. Got the reloc bracket too (FRPP). Rides fine. Feel more bumps but other than that not too much NVH.

As for the bushing getting destroyed... Maybe it wasn't installed flush or tightened down correctly. Was both sides destroyed on left and right of the car?
