Heat shield for JLT CAI ?

I have a metal JLT CAI. Would it be worth the expense to buy a heat shield? Will this make a difference? If you know who sells the shields or how to make one please post. Thanks.

It's hardly worth having the CAI, adding the expense of heat shielding makes it even less worth it.

Thanks for the feedback. I installed it with a BAMA tune instead of getting new exhaust. Overall it sounds fantastic when I put my foot into it.
