Forgestar F5. Gunmeatal vs Silver

Looks like my car will be repaired so.
I'm wondering which one would look better on a DIB 13 Stang ? I'm leaning toward Gunmetal but haven't seen any on a DIB. / Deep Impact Blue. Feel free to its some pics if anybody has these even on a black car.

I was going to vote Silver until I read the car is totaled... Sorry to hear that man! What are you going to replace it with?

Undecided right now Shane , just going to take a few days and make the best decision I can. Whether it be another Stang or something different.

Really glad that if I go with a 13 or 14 Stang again that I have a lot of stuff that will just transfer over, like the Tuner & the Borlas I'm pulling off in the morning,& the new 285 Yokohamas , also the trunk mat & floor mat.

It's always nice when you can simply swap parts over. All the more reason you should get back in a 5.0! I mean how could anything else suffice your Mustang needs lol??

Good luck with your next car, whichever you choose. I'm sure you'll pick up something even nicer than before!

Shane

DD a vette and you'll find out its a POS. I've had two and they both were. Go to a parts store an tell them you need a valve core cap for a vette, they'll charge you $20 for that nickel part.

My friends have pretty much any gen vette from the 60s to current (well newest is an '08. ) and they all DD (except the '67 and '71 which only get out once a week or so) and they don't complain. Actually my friend with the '08 Z06 is making over 600rwhp n/a and never has problems and he runs that thing HARD.

I know of two vettes personally that have been taken to hell and back and could outrun almost any 5.0 on this whole forum with just bolt ons and cams. One of them has been driven all over the country and runs low 10s like it never knew any different.

I have no experience with them being nickel and dime cars, but I know the interiors need work. Nothing that a roll cage and racing seats couldn't make you forget about. All I know is that, I've made a few 10 second passes and it took me alot of $$$ to get there. These vettes do it like its nothing
