Battery Drain

Does anyone know what the typical current is on a 13 Premium GT with everything turned off? I did some web searches and found 20 to 50 milliamps.

My GT would not start after sitting for a week. Nothing was left on that I could see. Charged it and drove 100 miles and it started just fine. I am going to check it out this weekend

That doesn't sound right... I've had my 11 GT for 2 1/2 years and sometimes mine sits in the cold garage for as long as 3 weeks and it always started right up... U probably have a bad battery

Don't trust the dealer, take it to Sears and they'll do a free battery test. If it fails, take the slip to a dealership and get a new battery.

I'm thinking you walked out ballpark $30K less than you started. With the new Diehards starting at $119.99......that was some expensive battery. I'm sure however we wouldn't ask for pics of your battery. Once you get used to it post a review let us know what you think (and not about the battery).

After we traded in the 2000 GT with 50k miles, we are down 39.9k on the big red truck. FX4 with coyote. It has pro comp 6" lift, Nitto 325/60-20, Worx 20x9 wheels, Amp power running boards, Katzkin red-stitched black leather seats, Flowmasters, vortex bed liner. All dealer installed. We get the D plan. Got a new battery, oil change on the 13Gt and came home with a Big Red Truck, not a bad day. They were only gonna give 2500 on our 99 F150 4x4 with 125k miles, we kept it.

I would have kept the f150 too at that price. I have a super crew with 330k miles, rocker panels rusted off and would have laughed at $2500.
