Cutting out - Mustang Evolution

Cutting out

Hey guys my car under acceleration speeds up and has like pause/cut out/dies then picks back up after what could this be? Only happens during hard acceleration. Drives normal all other times

Could be your traction control kicking in because you are spinning. Have you tested it with the tc turned off?

Mine does the same thing with traction control on. I usually drive with it off unless the road conditions are bad. Never had this happen with traction control off

It's not rev limiter and not traction because it can happen rolling in 4th gear and it like between 4000 to like 5500 rpm

Then it's probably fuel related.

It's tc, did it in 4th at the track in my car when I first got it. Happened twice and I didn't know what the f was going on. Thought I turned tc off but turns out I was in sport mode. Once I turned it completely off it never did it again.
