2011 GT Passenger Power Window Problems

The problem is that the passenger power window will only work properly from the passenger side switch. I am able to lower the window with my driver’s side switch, however, when I try to pick the window back up, the window continues to lower no matter if I move the drivers switch up or down. Has this problem happened to anyone else? If so, how do I fix this issue? Thanks your your help!

Also, I called Ford and I am out of warranty.

If it lowers from the switch but not raises... Sounds like the contacts on the "up" on the drivers control have worn. I'd just replace the switch in the drivers door control. Shouldn't be expensive. I've removed the entire door for replacement handles. Not too bad and you may not need to even do that, if I recall , the power window bezel pops up and if memory serves me correct, you can unplug the power window switches right there. Go to the ford parts counter first and see how much they want for the actual switch.

This is where I got the original instructions on how to tear the door apart...
