I had those headlights on my 2012 and I had the same problem. I thought it was the blub but it was the wiring itself, was getting to hot and melting the wires. I talked to american muscle and they sent me another set but it did the same thing. I think its just bad wiring, I didn't have any luck with them.

I have the same exact issue, Ill be installing the second set of raxioms after the holidays. I wonder if upgrading to HIDs will fix the issue?

I'm not sure if it will or not but I was going to go with the hids but a girl hit and totaled my car before installing them. It looked like it was going to fix the problem though and if you order hids make sure its the h9 bulb I made the mistake of getting the h13.
