Brake rumble / grumble

Greetings, first post as I've just joined a few days ago. A week ago tonight I acquired my Race Red 2013 Mustang GT Premium Coupe with Brembo brakes. The car only has about 750 miles on it but I am noticing a grumble or rumbling sound when I apply the brakes, particularly at freeway speeds. The front rotors look to have some rough areas as opposed to the usual fully swept look I am used to. I'm wondering if I have a problem or it's just a simple case of accumulating some more miles. I'm also thinking of performing the Stop Tech brake break-in procedure.

Stock Brake System Bed-in

Thoughts, comments and experience, particularly with the Brembo brakes are welcome and thanks for having me!
