This is the 10-14 section but we have like 3 threads related to other year models and promotional ads as well. If I were to post a picture of my car which is ACTUALLY a 5.0 it will get moved to GD. Hold everyone to the same rules or have no rules. You can't have both

Also if you don't have a 5.0. Never owned or driven one. Do not come in here giving advice and arguing with people that own 5.0s about what your year model can do. If that hurts your feelings get off the Internet

To many people dont know how to simply post in the correct section. If you cannot do this task you shouldn't have a car.

I post in different sections but never actually giving technical advice or anything like that lol. The only time I give actually "tech" advice is when I'm 100% sure

---------- Post added at 11:35 AM ---------- Previous post was at 11:34 AM ----------

Also what I think happens is that people click on the "current" tab in the app but don't pay attn to what year car section they're posting in

This forum has an abundance of rules and guidance for proper posting, and I know it is probably a major task to moderate the entire site to keep everything in order.

IMO, the forum could use a field day... One thng that should be done is to delete all the threads that have been "Closed" for one reason or another. There's no reason to retain any of them. Deleting personal sell/wanted ads and commercial holiday/general sale threads, once they have served their purpose, would help thin the archives as well. It wouldn't hurt to combine a few "same title/subject" threads too.

Why don't you go back to the 99-04 section or wherever the cobra nutt swingers are so you can huddle around each other and sing campfire songs.

No I wouldn't recommend it. Your rear end can be off center with the springs and you should aim for it being to as close as center as possible.

Just stating that I saw it, and it's a sweet car.

I own a 5.0, but I post in both 5.0 and 3.7. I use to own a 3.7 so I feel I'm qualified to give advice over there. I feel if anyone owned a 5.0 and now owns something different they should be allowed to post here.

But on the other hand if they use to own a 5.0 they should be band from here just for getting rid of it.

Kinda like the Texas Rancher and the Missouri Farmer?

TR: How big is your farm?

MF: You see those 4 corner posts? (Pointing them out) That's all my land.

TR: My ranch is so big, to drive the fence lines, I leave out early in the morning and don't get back until after dark.

MF: I had a truck like that once.

I agree with this. You would think the moderators would listen to feedback and make changes based on that feedback.
