CAI/Tuner issues

So I installed a Air Raid CAI on my 2010 GT. Immediately after installing cai I loaded tune. My car had previously been tuned but NOT to take a cai into consideration. I downloaded new tunes from bama earlier today. After iloading the 89 performance tune I stated my car. It idled real rough and stalled in a matter of seconds. I loaded a strategy tune without changing any options and car seems to run fine. I looked for option to include air raid intake but the only options were steeds and jlt so stock air box option was used. Anyways car runs fine with strategy tune but not custom bama tune. Any suggestions

Load the tune, then unplug the battery for 30 min. Reconnect the battery, and crank the car and let it relearn the idle. It should be fine after that.

Contact Bama. They probably didn't compensate in the tune for the CAI.
