Microsoft Sync issue...anyone experiencing this problem?

Hi all,
Installed an amp and a Farad capacitor. Tapped into the rear speaker wires and all works well. No issues at first but after a while when I start the car Sync tries to call 911; the car stereo turns on automatically. It goes into a loop and I have to press FM band to break the loop. After that all is well. I only taped into the rear speaker wires. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Go into your menu and reset it back to factory settings
