Water Leak on Drivers side

Has any had a leak under the dash by the pedals?? I noticed it after washing the car or sitting in a heavy rain. I only found it cause when i would start the car it would spit the water at my feet

This sounds crazy but I had the same problem but on the passenger side, I had a big puddle from the front of the dash all the way to the back. When I took it to the dealership the guy said it was just a bunch of leaves and small debris blocking some sort of drain ( Sorry I'm a newbie don't know the exact name) because Jade was always parked under a tree ( btw jade is my mustang lol) maybe that's what it could be. I know it sounds stupid, I was shocked from how simple it was

I've been battling this issue for 6 months now. There is a hole up top that can become clogged

The little drains can be removed or cut the whole bigger. The seal guy was tell me about them. But he said my issue I was different. I'm 3 months with this issue. It's going in today hopefully the last time

So the leak got fixed but something new came up. my clutch pedal was squeaking today so I went under to see what the issue was and this is what I found. Rust thanks to the leak.
