Wideband air/fuel or not

I've installed a zex wet nitrous kit on my car fixing to buy a air fuel gauge but do I have to buy a wideband gauge or can I just use a regular gauge since my car is a 2011 it has a built in wideband o2 already. I've been searching around for a answer but can not find one. Any help

I thought from the factory it was a narrowband.. Anyways I would just install a AEM UEGO personally.

Sorry man. My GT is boosted. But getting a wideband is always a great idea. My wideband actually has a narrowband built into it around the outter edge. It was pretty expensive but very useful and cool.

There's really no need for a wideband if you have an 11+ GT. As the factory O2 sensors are widebands, where other model years are narrow bands.

I would have the car tuned and datalog it to verify the Air/Fuel, then forget about it. If the target Air/Fuel is slightly off in any direction, the 11+ PCM's will adjust for the target Air/Fuel.

You can also look into a "Dash logic" which displays the factory sensors in you DIC. This would include the factory wideband sensors!

You should be able to just hook up an Aeroforce gauge to read stock widebands or maybe even a scan gauge II. You will then be able to read more than just your AFR.

Very true! Completely forgot about the Aeroforce Interceptor gauges (not sure how). The Aeroforce gauges would work perfectly for your setup. It can display either bank's Air/Fuel, as well as any other parameters recording by the PCM.
