So, a pretty common setup you have there. AM is always pushing this 19-question stuff as better than a straight canned/box/strategy tune. It's not a canned tune, it's specifically optimized for you based upon your answers to the 19 questions, so go the claims. It's not a dyno day but, it still should be better than a box tune. It is big on claims and low on delivered performance, from what you're describing here.
I have a straight canned tune. The only thing that varies here is the same thing that varies on the stock tune, namely calibrations for the region and VIN.
