Moving from stock 19's to 18's

Hello all,
Im sorry if there is a thread about this out there already, but couldn't find one. I currently have the stock 19" FP8 wheels and im looking into going with some wider aftermarket 18's. Has anyone out there done this? Is there anything I should be aware of by moving to the smaller diameter? Anyone think it would be better to stick with 19's? There just seems to be a lot more options out there for 18's as far as widths and tires.

You will need to get your speedometer recalibrated.

As far as wheels go I'm looking at the sve drifts or amr's. Really digging the sve's though.

IMO 18s look to small on the 2010-2014. I too have a gt with the fp8 package wheels and I'm thinking of going to 20s

I'm going to get 18's soon. I have stock 19's right now. I'm probably going to get the 18"x9.5" TSW Nurburgring's bc there good price for light weight wheels. The 19's do look nicer on our cars but the 18's are better for the circuit and will make the ride more comfortable.
