Exhaust tip stick out

This is going to spark the opinions I am sure as everyone seems to have one. Allot of people like no stick out. i like some pipe to show. Based on that I wanted to post a couple pics of my Pypes bombs incase anyone was interested. I like it but with so many people favoring no stick out i thought this may save a few guys money if thinking about the Pype Bombs.

Ready for blast off! LOL I got the roush and they stick almost as much. Thanks for posting pics as I was not aware this could happen. I pushed them back as far as I could but they are not flush. Happy anyway.

Just curious if you had any problems centering both tips? My kooks axles back that I installed last week are giving me a little trouble on the right side staying center. Anyone have any tips on how to keep my tips centered lol? Thanks!

Yea loosen the clamp that holds the muffler on. It's the one over the axle. You should be able to adjust how high and low it sets and the position left and right.

Look's like a 1979 all over. They need adjustment.

Thread jack! I had a '79 5.0 Ghia TRX coupe and I had my duals sneakily both pair up on the left so they'd mimic the paired outlet single muffler the regular car had.

Sneaky car, 302 bored .030 over, 9.8:1 comp, closed chamber heads, 289 cam, shorty headers Holley 4bbl and manifold and the awesome SROD 4 speed...the MT82 isn't Ford's first foray into somewhat fragile manual transmissions. It was pretty perky for its day, only weighing in at about 2800 pounds despite the iron barbell driveline.

I do miss that car...it's the only car I ever sold that I regret selling.
