what are the feature differences? I have a X3, would it be worth it at all to purchase a X4?

You will need to purchase a custom tune as currently the only preloaded tune is for the GT500. I would still recommend getting it. It's about the size of a phone.

Since you already have the X3, I wouldn't get it.

I have an X3 and it works for me, but if I was in the market for a new tuner or didn't have one at all like the OP, I'd go for the X4.
