Need opinions plz on Roush Axle Back! Black OR Chrome Tips

So I finally decided to go with the Roush Axle backs for my new 5.0 but I ran into a problem, I CANT decide to go with the black tips (powdercoated) or the chrome normal tips!! I have a 2014 Sterling Grey GT/CS

Let me know, if y'all have pics, EVEN BETTER!

If your going for black on sterling grey then do black powered. Can never go wrong with chrome though.

Get chrome, paint them black. If you don't like it acetone will fix it.

I went with black, but my car is also black. I've got pictures in my album but they don't show up well in a lot of them
because they are dark. Just depends on what look you're going for. I'm going for blackout.

That looks awesome man! I really like that actually! I figured I couldnt go wrong with the chrome ones, plus we get a 6% discount at American Muscle! How did you like the Roush AB on your car? I thought I had made up my mind until I heard the Borla S Type! WOW!

The chrome looks awesome on SGM. I have the same color and the Roush AB chrome tips. Most of my car is black accented but I still love the old fashion chrome exhaust!

We get a discount there so pretty neat! Any pics of your exhaust tips, do you just have AB's?? I just dont want them sticking out to far, would like it flush!

I loved the sound of the Roush but at times it was kind of loud and got on my nerves, especially after a long day at work when I wanted some peace and quiet on the way home. If you like your exhaust fairly loud, you will be happy with the Roush. Cruising on the highway is not so bad but the in town driving is what was getting to me since it's a pretty loud exhaust on acceleration

I installed the GT500 AB and am happy with how it sounds and how it's pretty quiet while cruising and not as loud on acceleration.

Here is a couple of other pictures I found of the Roush installed. This one shows how far it sticks out.

No problem. Sterling Gray Metallic is a nice color, especially in the sun.

I hope the Roush AB is what you are looking for. It does have a great sound.

Get the chrome. Plasti-dip black. If you change your mind, peel it off. Yes, it handles the heat and mine still looks perfect after months.
