Changing Brembo pads

Is there any difference in changing the pads on the Brembos versus regular pads? Any extra steps/precautions? Also gonna paint. What do u guys think would look better gloss black with blue Brembo decals or blue with black decals? My car is black with SUBTLE blue accents.

Changing Brembo pads is super easy. You do not have to remove the calipers.
