you can't hit the diff cover, it's set back from the edge of the pumpkin. Lifting here is just fine.
real no gos for jack points are anything sheet metal under the car and the rear arms of the front K member. I'd put your rear stands at the pinch welds suggested for jacking the car. Just gotta be a little careful there so you don't hit the plastic rocker cover with the jackstand. No risk but might be damaged cosmetically.
Ramps are inherently dangerous, especially when used on the rear, driven wheels.
