Stock numbers for a 2012+ 5.0 are 0 -60 4.5 seconds and 1/4 mile 13.2 with an average of many drivers those are the hard numbers sure some drivers might do a little better some a little worse but that is the AVEARAGE.

Anything much below that is NOT STOCK. A Bama tune doesn't count lol...

My sources are not from " magazines " they are a overall look at the
BEST AVERAGE TIMES of a particular vehicle in this case the 5.0
most accurate place I have found is Zeroto60times.com and there quote
is 0 to 60 4.5 sec 1/4 mile 13.0 btw NOT sub 13 . They take a overall snapshot of 100's of drivers to come up with that number on a STOCK SETUP .............. SIR.

If you paid attention to my posts which you obviously didn't , yes I quoted
13.2 BUT that is from about 10 different sources and I averaged it out with
that being said zeroto60times says 13.0 so it is very close to my estimation
and likely there source is based on a lot more drivers . Point being
AVERAGE times are NOT I repeat NOT below 13.0. Yes after market tires
suspension , mods , tunes blah blah again NOT STOCK . Sure some drivers
get below 13's again NOT THE AVEARAGE and that's what one should go by.

Also average time 0 to 60 is 4.5 for the 5.0 Interestingly the 2011+ Challenger SRT8 (392 Hemi) runs 4.4 AVERAGE 0 to 60 and 12.7 AGAIN AVEARAGE 1/4 mile so it just a pinch faster than the 5.0 . The mighty hemi is a beast even though it's a tank.

Well if you raced a challenger srt8 with a 5.0 most of the time HE WILL WIN .
Numbers don't lie. They are big pigs but fast as hell. I must say they look
good though.

I didn't mention my 3v 4.6 but since you brought it up now that I bought
my V3 Vortech SUPERCHARGER estimated 1/4 mile time 12.3 . Estimated 0 -60
3.7.

My estimated HP 480 this is about the same as the big pig chally ( 6.4L Hemi 392 ) only difference is mine only weighs right around 3600 pounds WITH supercharger (36 pounds) centrifugal supercharger are very light ....and full tank of gas NOT 4200 pounds. Advantage...... ME. If my math serves me correct 600 pounds or so difference.

I'm debating on intercooling right away this will give me roughly 60Hp more.

When I said your 3v I did not mean your car itself. I meant you in your trolling. Every time I read your post I feel like I'm reading something of the manufacturers website. Your post crack me up.

And I promise you that your car won't run a 12.7 or do 0-60 in 3.7 seconds. I had a supercharged 3v they are nothing impressive, until you crank out a lot off boost and heads/ cams. That's why I sold it.

Gladiatroll has no idea what comes out I his mouth... I looked at that site also, and know of some friends with bone stock 5.0's running about 12.5-12.7 in the 1/4 mile.

Nah wrong again. Here is a guy with the EXACT SAME set up as mine.

I have an 05 automatic trans GT, which dynos about five percent lower than a manual, and I dyno'd on a Mustang Dyno which tends to read about TEN PERCENT LOWER than a Dynojet. Also, my engine & exhaust are 100% factory stock. Car makes 364 rwhp at 6,400 rpm's (shiftpoints) and 380 rwhp at 6,800 rpm's (redline). That works out to about 450-475 hp at the flywheel.

Last day at the drag strip I ran back to back 12.34's @ 111+ in the 1/4 mile. 1/8 mile was 7.89 @ 90+ mph. Even though centfugals like to rev, my 0-60 mph times have dropped from 5.1 stock to 3.7 now and 0-100 mph times have dropped from 13.7 stock to 9.9 now. A manual trans car may possibly go quicker than mine as more power gets to the ground.

That Brenspeed V3 kit is a lot of power for the money. ( that's what I bought )

BTW that is WITHOUT the INTERCOOLER .

Exactly. He states that with all his power his GT can go 0-100 in 9.9... Bro, that's a SLOW 0-100 for someone with a SUPERCHARGER. Come back when you actually know how to lie, or have some sense, which right now, you have neither.

3.7 0 to 60 is NOT SLOW SORRY 12.3 1/4 mile IS NOT SLOW

INTERCOOLED you can notch off some more and I'll run in the mid 11's.
A 5.0 would not have a chance in HELL to compete with me not even
with bold ons .

You seriously are retarded, a 5.0 with bolt ons would run better than mid 11's.
Also, I didn't say ANYTHING about your slow as hell 1/4 (12.3) since your supposedly supercharged, that's damn near a stock 5.0.

Idiot.

You have to have some real world experience, not what you think is. You are one of the people that give mustangs a bad name. You claim all this crap ( from manufacturer's and magazines) nothing to back it up. Biggest giveaway is your flywheel HP ratings. ( straight from the manufacturer themselves)

+1, this dude is a total idiot/troll. I'm sure I know WAY more about cars than he does, and I'm only 17, heck, probably all if us know more than him.

They are all badass. Personally I would get another 2v before I bought another 3v.

First one I got was a 03 2v- a lot of fun sounded amazing.

Then a 03 cobra- best platform to build off of.

then 08 roush 427r- pissed off the complete time.

Finally my coyote - my favorite. $$$$$ pit though.

The new edge body style was the body style that originally started me liking Stangs, specifically the 2000 cobra R, I would love to own one... Only 300 made though.
