what does it mean to train my front left tire?

the handling on my 5.0 has been slacking a little lately and my car is telling me to train my front left tire and I have no idea what that means

Basically retraining TMPS. There is a procedure to do it. Something like jacking your car up and removing the schraider valve in the valve stem to let all the air out. Key on-off 3 times, press brake, then key on-off three times, then get the learn honk, put the valve back in and air it up again to the recommended tire pressure.
