Fack , I had 200,000 on my last pushrod 5.0 when I added a supercharger and, it had already been variously twin turnoff and had nitrous
shot through it for years at the track. I sold the car running and driving as well as ever and nothing ever broke but clutches, tires and a few sets of squeezed head gaskets. So, I'd say no.
A bad tune can kill any engine though. Make sure you work with reputable vendors and tuners.
