I installed a workaround to power the fogs w. brights. Ford switches power on these cars to turn off the fogs if the brights are on. I installed a small switch under the dash and a separate power source off a 30 amp hot point in the underhood fuse panel. Now I can run full ******* with HID fogs and factory HID heads on bright, if I want
If you have an issue with the IPC thinking brights are on all the time, when they are not on, that's likely a communication problem between the SJB in the passenger footwell and the IPC in front of your face. Disconnect the battery for 30 minutes and see if anything changes. Hold the brake pedal down for a bit after disconnecting the battery to deal with any residual energy.
